My weight loss has gotten off to a good start. I've been working out since I started a few days ago. So far I'm tracking what I eat throughout the day, which helps me to maintain and control my portions. If anyone has the G1 phone, there is an app on there called Calorie Counter, which makes it easy to record food data on the go.It's wonderful and even has Weight Watchers points calculations, which I love. I'm gonna go back to sipping my coffee now. Have a good day.
