OK SO i did jillian Micheals 30 day shred video and boy did it whoop my but. I am soooo sore. But I feel bad, I believe you are supposed to do it every day but yesterday I couldn't bring myself to do i hurt so bad and I was soo busy all day I really didn't have time. Hopefully I will get the will power up to do it again today. I also got a yoga video that if I am too sore after the jillians the next day I can do instead so I am still doing something. Anyone have any videos that they love and recommend. I really like step aerobics and am looking for a dvd that is good.

i do the jillian micheals also and she is very tough, but it will build up your muscle. i also do core rythyms dance dvd its fun, it doesn't feel like exercise. i hope this helps. Lori

You don't have to do it every day. You can do it 3x a week if you want or every other day and do some cardio on other days. It depends on you and your fitness level. Just do what you like.

Oh I do know what you mean, that Jillian is a maniac. I don't think I'll be doing the Shred every day either, at least not for a while. My favorite videos are actually Body & Soul Fitness DVD's that my cousin got from a Dollar Store in Maryland. The people on there are from Australia I believe, and they work you out really well. One is called Maximum Weight Loss, and the other is Extreme Workout.

Thanks!! I try to do it at least 3x a week. The soerness is becoming less intense so that is nice. Now my only problem is that I don't have a lot of spare time to do it. By the time I get home hubby is home and takes control of the tv! :-(
