Good Monday Morning everyone!

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and a peaceful blessed Mother's Day. My day was very nice.

Not a lot to write today. I've been off track for a few days and feel like I'm starting over again. Not going to weigh for awhile. Need that mental boost when I get on the scale again. I did some walking on Saturday, about 2 hours worth and that felt great. Made me realize that if I hadn't been walking for the past the month, I never would have made the trek I did Saturday, so that was a powerful feeling.

So, today is a new day to not start over, but to go foward!

Have a wonderful day friends.

Happy Monday my friend. Give yourself credit for accepting your mistake and move forward. You already know that you can do this. Happy belated Mother's Day. Hope you have a good week.

Hi Lois, Glad you had a nice Mothers Day and a nice long walk.Another Atkins friend wrote these wise words today and I have to share:"The beauty if Atkins is simple..If you do it, it works. If you do it right, you won't have to do it over." I think this is what that little voice in my head is going to keep saying over and over and over... Keep going foward, you are commited and doing fine. This is afterall life and in life s-it happens..Keep smiling and look how far you've come one step at a time...:) nonna
