So, I've done this before, but on different plans. This time I'm on Medifast. I actually started one week ago and have done well, losing almost 10 pounds the first week. Yay me! What I like about this program us there's no counting, little measuring, and you hardly have to think about what you're going to eat. The foods is good and eating 6 times a day, I'm rarely hungry before the next time to eat. I wiped all my past out on here because this is the program that's going to work!
238.0 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

It does work, but it's pretty restrictive and hard when you go out to eat or parties. It will work if you stick with it. I tried it for a while, but it got too expensive. Good luck! I'm sure you will do great.
