thirdy day of walking 4 miles... not so bad, I can tell I have not exercised in a bit I am tired by the end of the third mile. But my girls and I are enjoying it, we play games on the walk so it goes by quicker and we find we walk faster that way. It will get better I know, I have done it before. Though today my knee has some kind of a kink in it so hopefully it will not get worse.
