I know, I know! I've been out of comission. I had an awful week, full of overeating and emotional eating. I got back as high as 276, but got back on track yesterday and weighed in this morning at 271. It was a minor slip up, but I've recomitted myself. I also went out and bought Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred DVD, and I've done it about four times in the past week. I'm still on level one, but it's a good work out.

I'm sorry if I let any of you guys down. I'm back where I need to be, I just need to regroup and spend some time with myself. I realized this week that spreading myself too thin and spending so much time with family and friends makes me feel out of control. I still don't know how to do several social situations and simultaneously stick to my diet. My binge eating definitely has a domino effect. I start to feel out of control, and before I know it, I'm over eating. But I'm bouncing back after my weight gain and looking towards the future. I hope everyone had a good week.
271.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 111.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stay focused, blinders on! You are still doing great, I know its tough sometimes, but you have to say no to family and friends and focus on you until you get a handle on your own life. You could never let us down, we want the best for you and that takes time to figure out.

You didn't let anyone down. You are doing this for yourself. You'll figure out what you need to do to control yourself. Just focus on what you've done so far and remember you don't want to go back to where you were. You'll be fine. Focus on the goal.

You can do it girl! Push through the difficult times (and forget the bad stuff, learn from the emotional eating) and refocus your energy toward your goals. Value your time and your friends/family... I believe in you! :D

Don't let it get you down, you didn't let us down or yourself, you can do it! Just refocus. Looks like you got back on track super quickly. Keep at it!

I'm not disappointed... it happens to the best of us.. I've had a bad 3 weeks.. not over eattin jes not eatting right or working out.. Dieting gets so old.. We like the results.. and not the comittment! So I feel yah! Think about were u've come from.. and look to where you're going!

I havn't gained to much weight but I haven't been losing either and I could have lost 10 more pounds by now. Don't beat yourself up because see, it happens to the best of us.
