Happy Cinco de Mayo!! Now in the old days this would mean tacos, and drinks and nachos. Today it is grilled Pork Chops with some greens and maybe some Cauli Rice! I feel so much better about making these healthy life style changes. Made some Green Chili last night and thought, shoot, I should have saved that for today! Oh well, it's all good.

Sun is out today so I have a 3 hour training call at 1:00 so after that, it's time to go out and hike around the neighborhood. Feel like I've lost a lot of momentum from the weather and not walking so it is time to get back out there. I am not nearly as tired when I walk each day so I need to get back to it.

I hope everyone has a WONDERFUL and BLESSED day. Lori

Happy Cinco de Mayo to you too! I like your idea. Celebration of holidays can be done without resorting to eating the traditional fattening foods. Here's to starting new traditions!

I toast to New Traditions, great idea, Cinco de Mayo - I forgot too! Tacos, Nachos & Margaretas will be replaced with Mexican Meatloaf, but is on the menu wish list for Friday or Saturday. Enjoy your walk in the sunshine!
