Happy Monday all my Friends!! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. Mine was okay. Saturday was nice so was able to get the garden ready for planting and bought some plants. Just a nice day. Yesterday the weather was YUCKY as it is today... <sigh> I'm hoping all this rain will bring lots and lots of flowers!
Not much to report. I wasn't really good this weekend on my new lifestyle. I carbed out both Saturday and Sunday. Today is a New Day and I'm right back on the road to Success!! I don't look at this weekend as a failure, more of a learning experience. I have to keep telling myself, Nothing Tastes as good as Thin and Healthy Feels!!

Glad you are back on track weirdangel. It has been raining so much here, that the ground is too wet to do anything....really beginning to irritate me. Have a great week!

Happy Monday back at ya! Glad you are back on track for success! BTW - I live in Wiconsin & today we get sunshine and wind, at least no rain! Hope we will dry out a little.

Good morning Lois,Glad to hear you got you garden ready.Not us.Still to wet.Maybe it will dry out enought this week.Not raining but partly cloudy.My solar lights still haven't built up a charge.Spilt my hastels(sp), planted my cannas yesterday and helped with the yard as much as possibe.
Don't beat yourself up over the week-end.This is life and we just have to learn to adjust our lives.We didn't learn our old behaviour over night or even in a few weeks.Its been our life so far,so now we are learning to live the right way for us.Aren't we LUCKY that we have made this choice?..
