I HAVE NOT FOLLOWED WW.....:-( I HAVE RECOMMITTED MYSELF TO WW AND WORKING OUT REGULARLY TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM WAY UNDER MY PTS FOR TODAY AND I EVEN WENT AND WALKED ON TREADMILL AT LUNCH FOR 30MIN! I PLAN TO WORK OUT AT LEAST 4 DAYS PER WEEK ON MY LUNCH BREAK AND THEN ON SATURDAYS. I AM SICK OF FEELING LIKE CRAP AND BEING OVERWEIGHT!
256.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 106.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Becareful about going under your daily points. Once and while is no big deal, but some people gain when they don't eat their daily points. But great job on recommitting yourself to the plan.
