17 Day Diet is tough. Day 1 - not dinner time yet but I'm HUNGRY. Wishing I'd have picked something else to tackle - PLUS we're going bowling tonight. What I wouldn't give to just be able to have a beer and some pizza and still lose weight. I wonder how many calories I've consumed today so far. I'm guessing from the growl in my tummy that it's not enough. So frustrating.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 April 2011:
1290 kcal Fat: 51.60g | Prot: 75.43g | Carb: 137.88g.   Breakfast: egg white, egg, red pepper, fat free feta. Lunch: lean ground turkey, lettuce, fat free cheddar, diced tomato. Dinner: cheese pizza, Chicken Strips, 7up, hershey extra creamy. Snacks/Other: strawberries, banana, Simply Almonds, Cashews & Cranberries Trek Mix - Trader Joe's. more...

i had a hard time on this diet the first day and ate like half a watermelon...not on the diet, but not a pbj or cookies...still, i lost 2 # the following am...just remember that ideal is best, but modified ideal is reality.
