Today we had an early Thanksgiving meal at my mother-in-law's house. I did really good. I managed to stay around my RDI and that was counting dessert. And I got in a one hour workout after we ate. One Thanksgiving meal down and one more to go on Thursday!

I am so happy for & proud of you. It takes steadfastness to stick to your goals at times & you did so with an awesomeness that will propel you toward attaining them permanently EACH time you REPEAT your feat!!! Staying "around" your RDI(counting dessert) *proves* we don't have to deprive ourselves of the things we want & getting in "a 1 hour workout" after you ate shows that you are not neglecting the important activities when "life" happens. Great example. I hope many follow suit whether they celebrate the holidays or not. :)

I have been working on my self control for so long now. The hardest part is getting people to understand that this is my life now. But I set them straight. And it's like I always tell people, if I can do it then so can you!!!
