Feeling really blah! Had a really blah weekend and today is no better. Woke up in total "witch" mode, replacing the "w" with a "b" and I'm not sure why. Feel fat, bloated and uninspired. I travel a lot with my job and I've been home way to long so that may have a lot to do with this. I had a great stay on track weekend with the exception of having some whiskey Saturday night but as far as carbs, kept it really low. Just feeling down. I had started walking and really felt great about it and now all it seems to do is rain and it is so cold I don't want to go outside at all. Today I am going to try a new Yoga DVD and see if moving will help me stop feeling so negative. Plan to weigh on Friday so this week I want to stay on track and exercise. My clothes don't feel any looser and that sucks as I have really never stuck to anything like I have to this. I have decided to really get back to basics with my food. SexyNonna suggested this and I am going to go back to baking, broiling and such as I just don't want to cook anything right now. I'm sure this will pass and I know that by continuing to enter in my journal and recording my food will help me... Thanks everyone for reading and listening. Missed you all this weekend and I'm back. Promise to shake out of this!!

Hang in there, this will pass. I know that doesn't seem helpful but you know it will pass, you just have to keep your head down and your mouth closed ie no carbs going in until you feel better. Hope it doesn't take long for you to feel on top of your game again.

Weirdangel, we are all behind you, yes I feel like that sometimes, but as women I think that is part and parcel of our life. But you will get past this, I know just knowing other people care and are cheering you on can be a big help. It is wet and cold again today here so hard to get yourself moving. But great advice as usual from everyone. We are here for you.

hey, sweets! you WILL do this - i have been where you're at (both in weight & mentality) and this will pass. i know about the ups & downs, not losing weight, not interested in food but you gotta stick with it - it works and will pay off in the end. try to keep on exercising too. i just started walking 2 weeks ago and my mental health has improved 100% - really, truly, i'm not lying! stay strong, stay focused, give a shout out when you need us!

Now, feel better. :) We are allowed to be -itchy sometimes,just not to ourselves. Weather is cold and rainy here too,and I messed up my knee again so ice @ 20 mins.Someday the weather will get nice.We didn't even go to Tn yet cause of the rain.YUK. Whether you know it or not, you've certainly been there for me when I felt the way you have. It helps so much knowing that others care. We are all absolutely in this together and won't leave you behind! Hope your days ahead are brighter and treat you lots better!!!
