I think I am seeing the effects of having alcohol last weekend. I seem to have stalled. Even though I have been 99% on my food and water, and I have been walking almost daily, the scale isn't budging.

I read someones post about alcohol stalling them for 3 weeks. I hope mine is over with tommorows weigh in.
