can't believe that i lost 1kg even though i ate like crazy this week. This is gonna be a very good start of my summer challenge. Started DAS today, it wasn't as hard as i had thought though. The prob is i usually eat dinner a lot. now it's 5:43 and i feel not so full, but not so hungry as well. Hope dad won't push me to eat.
108.0 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
