:-) Okay so i started at 172 within a month and a half of doing MY diet i lost 20 pounds but ive been at a stand still for over a week. I did get to 151 after awhile BUT this afternoon i weighed in as 149. Im so happy and hyper now to know i made it in the 40s. :-) :-)
