I am so beat today. I cant even believe how tired I am. I'm crossing my fingers hoping I'll be able to get up at 630 tomorrow morning to get my ass to the spin class. There are only 2 more days left in this week...uuuugh, come on, I can do it

Oh, youre from NY!? Where abouts? Thats so cool! And, no...I could not get up this morning. I struggled to get up for work no less to go to the gym. I'm so upset. I hope I dont get work thrown at me tonight and I can leave on time. there is a kettlebell class tonight at 7 (I cant even begin to imagine what that is like) and pilates at 830. if I'm not too beat or bogged with work, I will try to go to one.

Oh wow. I am dying to get a kettlebell. I think you'll love it. I'm from NYC proper (Manhattan), west 50's. Can't wait to hear all about your classes.

Oh thats neat that youre in NY. I hadn't even thought about meeting someone on here near me. I think I remember reading that youre in IT? You must travel around NY for your job right? Have you done kettlebells before? I may or may not make the class tonight. its at 7 and I dont leave my office until 6 (if I get out in time) then I have to walk my dogs etc....but If I can make it sounds interesting. I'll let you know how it goes

Travel all the time. Never tried kettlebells; just watched them on YouTube. Bf claims that I'm too accident prone, so I got the dumbbells to start. I can see the kettlebell coming though. It's supposed to be a GREAT workout. Can't wait to hear how you make out. Thanks in advance for all the experiences relayed.

HAHAH! omg I am accident prone too. I'm probably going to throw one through a mirror. I left a comment on one of your posts asking about your dumbbell routine. I have been messing around with them but I am kinda making it up as I go. Can you give me any pointers or kinda tell me what your routines look like? I def need ideas.
