First a SHOUT OUT to those people (you know who you are) who read my journal and keep me on track. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! Everyone needs to be "yelled" at once in awhile and the encouragement is so appreciated and taken to heart. Thank you.
I wasn't going to walk today as it is still so grey and cold but I did and feel great about it. Work has been so slow I know that is what makes me feel so tired. I would much rather be busy than slow and bored.
I am still struggling with veggies but continue this focus each day. I have a long way to go, but I guess I look at where I was a couple of weeks ago and I'm getting better.

Weirdangel - Well you won't get it from me because I haven't had any veggies for breakfast (my Fitness for Life Challenge Goal) for 3 days now. So guess I'll hang my head and let you take pot shots at me.

I am still working on the veggies myself, hardest to overcome was for breakfast. Before Atkins - who ever heard of veggies for breakfast? This way of eating is sooo different, I actually do love it. Keep trying - never quit trying.

Great job on getting the weight to start moving. And of course in your moving. While we might be the last ones who would want to do anything physical at times, it always feels so wonderful once you have done it. Just keep reminding yourself that you will feel much better than if you don't. As far as the veggies - keep working them and it'll get much easier. Love.
