so i started taking Stacker 3. im kinda excited about this. i feel like its going to help. i work out a few times a week and i have been sticking to the diet... i was taking a green tea booster... whcih did give me lots of energy but this stacker has some special thing in it that is supposed to grab fat and take it through your system faster so you dont soak as much up WELL i like that idea!! especially since in atkins you get a higher amount of fat going in. so i started it monday and im anxious to see how it affects my lose for the week. i love average 4lbs ish a weeks... (except for my one bad week) so im wondering if this is going to bump it to 5!

i have a vacation that i am going on in the first week of july and i wanted to have lost like 40-50 lbs by then. i wish it would just fall of like it did when i was 18! 27 now and its sooooo much slower. i feel good about what i have lost though and i am trying to be positive. =D

Congrats on the weigh loss however you are not doing atkins properly. Where are your veggies..Did you read the book or else do the lessons on the atkins site.Its free and sooo helpful. I'm afraid your setting yourself up for a letdown.At your age you should do much better without any pills.Read the labels of everything you put in your mouth and try to keep it natural.You'll what that when you get pg.. The atkins journey is a learning experiance for life.Just some free advice,but I have been where you are.Take care and good luck.. nonna

i do eat veggies to some degree.. im not a huge fan of them so i eat what i like. i have done atkins before and lost what i needed to.. got sick and didnt care so i gained it back. i do appreciate your advice, everyone diets different i guess. i dont have a computer at home so i can only log while im at work and i can only put what i know for sure im having so there are additions to what i show here. ps i have read the book.
