Feeling better today. The weather is rotten!! We are having "severe weather warnings" today so there will be no walking today, which is okay as I have a lot of work to do nd should get to it!

Added a couple of eggs to breakfast and that kept me fuller longer which I was glad. Ate a nice big salad for lunch and plan to make a simple dinner of baked chicken and some zucchini (spelling?) fries. Working on those veggies! :)

i didn't walk today either - cold, windy & some rain. tomorrow is looking better so 6 miles is on the agenda :) you're doing a great job - keep it up!!

We had horrific storms here today....we were very lucky, but others were not...there was softball sized hail, tornadoes, and winds in excess of 70 mph with lots of lightening and flash flooding. So thankful we didn't see any damage. Your dinner sounds awesome! Great job working on those veggies! Hope your evening was fabulous!

There are sooo many interesting veggie recipes on this site, I find it amazing that somebody figured them out.

Morning Lori,I just checked up on you menu from yesterday and your doing sooo much better with your planning.You should never be hungary on this plan.Much better on the veggies but still room for improvement.Slow and sure wins the race....I see you like tomatoes,try some slices with your eggs.I made a BLT salad the other day..YUM,whole tomatoe,cups 2 lettuce,cut up bacon and extra mayo.At least 5 nc for foundation veggies.EASY and you could make it ahead.Just keep mayo on side till your ready to eat.Did not miss the toast at all. Crappy weather here again today,but at least I went to the gym and worked-out.I have to shop for a dress because everything I own is either too big or small.I'm a work in progress..
