Did a lot of yard work over the weekend, mostly involving breaking down an old brick planter and replacing the brick with retaining wall bricks. Took 3 days total and it was quite the workout, but diet wise, I had a hard time watching what I was eating. My entire schedule was thrown off.
316.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
