No weight loss in a week..but lost 1/2"
Going to cut back on my carbs - leave off the nuts
and cream cheese muffins. See what happens this week.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
