I did horribly, I have been partying more which means more alchol, which means more I can't get the heck out of bed and work out...grrr Oh well I worked out for two hours the next day but have not worked out today and am drinking...I do not know why I am giving up on my goal...I do not understand... I am making great progress...I think I need to understand that everything counts, I need to journal, I need to write down everything I eat that will help me stick to it, I need to become rigid...freedom allowed me to be over 300 pounds rules will allow me to be under...I need to work for my goal!!!!
