On The Diet Front
I haven't done the best today point wise but I only went over by a couple of points. I am making the fruit salad to go with my dinner tonight since our cookout was cancelled. I am not adding the croutons with mint because I forgot to pick up the angel food cake at the store. I took my vitamins this morning and a diet pill with out eating. I wasn't even thinking that I hadn't eaten because by 11/1130 I have normally eaten already. On our way into town I had to stop the car to get sick on the side of the highway and did fine until after we stopped at the eye doctor and headed out of town again. Fortunately I didn't have to stop again, but we did stop for lunch. I had a huge chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, and fried okra with a big glass of iced tea. Boy was it good but boy was it bad. I am planning baked chicken with green beans, salad, and fruit salad for dinner. I am not eating the chicken until tomorrow for lunch.

Keep Those Calories Burnin
Because of not feeling well and running like a chicken with my head cut off to get everything taken care of before church, no exercise to speak of. We went shopping for about an hour after lunch, we took parts to John at the job site, and cleaned the house. That is about it for today.

This Crazy Life
Tonight is Chelsea's Awards Ceremony at church and tomorrow is Michael's Awards Ceremony at school and then we are heading to the doctor for my mom, so probably no exercise tomorrow either. I may try to get into town and sit in the sauna tomorrow evening for 10-15 minutes unless I am feeling better and John gets home early. I wish everyone a happy hump day!
