Oh I am so happy I made this decision. I wish I had made it years ago. Why oh why did I wait so long? UGH!!!! But at least I finally made it and it is working. I am very very happy. I am also very happy to have a supportive husband who is also going through the same thing and just got on board with me when I decided to do this without any question.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
