This head cold is kicking my butt! I haven't done any "official" exercise in two days, but I'm ok with that. This is a marathon, not a sprint, and I'm changing great big habits little by little, not overnight. I've eaten breakfast every day this week. I've tracked all my food. I packed lunch twice.
I also haven't had a drink since sunday! That's pretty significant all on it's own. And a HUGE calorie savings over the course of the week. And it's not that I'm quitting drinking, but I need a break from the pattern, a chance to restart. Going to bed at 11 every night has been great, not waking up hungover has also been nice!
