I don't know what my problem is but I will be on track for a couple months and then I fall off. I have done this my entire life. I did start Collage when I quit this time in which I was extremely overwhelmed at first but am now in the swing of things after 3 months of School. So I gained back almost everything I lost so time to start again. I went to weigh myself and my battery was dead in my scale so now I need to get one of those so I can see what the damage is. Happy to be back and hope to see some of my buddies around soon so we can catch up.

Welcome back, just get in the habit of logging everything you eat. I would also recommend getting a food scale to weigh your portion size, I got one of these two weeks ago and it has been a big help.

I agree about the food scale. When I try to guess weights I am way off. Good luck on your journey.

I think you'll find that the majority of your buddies on here have all experienced the yo-yo cycle. No condemnation here; welcome back! Are you still in the abusive relationship? I can't imagine anything contributing more to failure than the stress of that, if you are an emotional eater. But I would think that something like that would cause a whole lot more issues than just putting on weight. You don't want to stay in that situation. IMHO.

Hi everyone! Thank you so much for the "Welcome Back" it really made my day! But a lot has happened since I was last here. My abusive husband started throwing up blood and then found out he it terminally ill from his drinking. He still sneaks sometimes but things are 100% better than they were except that my husband before him passed from liver failure too but he was an angel compared to this one, lol.. But some much has happened and I will fill ya'll in on all the good stuff when I have more time. I'm very happy to be back and thank you for the tip about the food scale. I eat a lot of junk but it's better than eating the junk and all the healthy stuff too I have learned. I do what I can to prevent these sweet cravings I get. Hope everyone is having a terrific day!!!
