I haven't been this light since the 1990s. In 2000, when we discovered that a dairy allergy/sensitivity/intolerance was making me ravenously hungry, I weighed 325+. Took dairy out of my diet and I lost (and have kept off) the first 50 pounds in about 90 days. I"ve lost and regained the next 50 pounds about 5 times over the last 14 years. I weighed 225 pounds after supper yesterday! (I'm 5'9")
