I really don't understand me. I do well.... I do Fantastic... I get close to my goal and then I self sabotage. Anyone have a CLUE WHY????
I can not loose weight if I do not write down what I eat. (proven)
I can not have both SUGAR AND FAT! It is one or the other not both (PROVEN)
I can not eat salt even when I reduce fluid intake. (PROVEN)
If I do not cook I do not loose... who has time to cook every day.... not me. So I cook head and get sick of eating the same old things and CHEAT. (PROVEN)
I am allowed 2 FRIED CHICKEN AND ROOTBEER days.. the Ladies understand why. (Hormone thing if i don't get it MY KARMIC debt will grow because my behavior is UGLY). So hints and tips welcome. Keeping in mind I have a VERY VARIABLE schedule and can be called upon to do any number of hours at any given time in the health care profession. O.K. so only 2 of my jobs are health care the 3rd Is Mary Kay because I want off this roller coaster. Thanks in advance

Dieting is difficult when you have to sleep nights and sometimes days and your food schedule changes as fast as your hours. Then there is the lactose and wheat issue.

Hi, You know what I used to do is on my day off....assuming you have one here....I would take 1 or 2 different meats cook them up and then make several different meals out of them and freeze them...it really helped with the boredom of eating the same thing all the time. Pork rinds were great for me, as a snack or used them crushed up as a coating for baked or fried chicken. I started using Splenda and then found liquid sucralose which I still use in nearly everything. Yes I do understand the sabotage thing very well ! I would lose 80-90 lbs. and then wham I'm eating whatever I wanted, this time I'm eating a little smarter and eating things I like fixed in a way I can have and still lose weight ..wish I did know why we do that ! If you're a bread person there are some products out there that really aren't too bad. I can not eat salt either, I use a salt sub. and when I don't I pay the price.. not only do I look like a puffer fish, I feel sluggish and tired. Drinking more water is really better because it flushes out everything. When I drop my intake I slow down in losing. Sounds like you're a super busy person ... I wish you all the luck and hope that maybe some of this info. you can use.
