It is tempting to see my husband eat normally while I have to keep a small portion and sometimes tasteless diet.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well you can eat what you want or you can weigh what you want. Men can eat more because they have more muscle than women. The more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism. So exercise plays a significant role in weight loss and maintaining our goal weight. Food doesn't have to be tasteless. Some great sites: Emilybites.com, skinnytaste.com, cookinglight.com They have great recipes that you and your husband can eat. Yes, you may have to eat a smaller portion, but think about how amazing you will look next spring. It's worth it to be lean, strong, and healthy. Now get to it.
