Considering I only got to the gym once this past week, I guess losing only .4 lbs. is ok. I hope to be able to get more exercise this week and maybe I can get below the 180 threshold.
181.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
