i have gained 4pounds in 4 days :( i don't understand ahhhhhhhhh

Calm down daydreamer. One of the risks of weighting daily is to read too much into the readings. Weighting is not a way of measuring your body fat (the only part of your body that you want to reduce when you are on a diet). It also measures the rest of your body including muscle, water content, etc. For example, exercising can create new muscle tissue that is very heavy and you can be loosing fat even if you don't loose weight. So it's very normal to have differences from your expected results. You have to remain confident that what you are doing is right. If you want just one example. Last weekend I had a night out and drunk (much more that I should). The next day I weighted 3 lb. more that the day before. But according to my calories in/out that was not real. Alcohol usually makes me retain water in the following 4-5 days. Today I was back on track. Keep this in mind: "it is hard to loose fat (you have to eat 9000Kcals less that you burn to loose 2.20 lb of fat) but it's equally difficult to earn that same fat. So what happens in one day doesn't change significantly your final results". KEEP CONFIDENT IN YOUR METHOD AND IT WILL FINALLY PAY OFF.

i hope so thank you if u look at my history i have lost so much to go backwards like this it never happened like this maby for a day but not 4 :(
