I have been thinking about starting the couch to 5k program. I can walk all day long without any trouble and have always wanted to run but I have never been able to. I have been wanting to jog and the weather is finally nice today so I though I would take a quick jog around the block, get my spirits up and boost my metabolism. YEAH right. I only made it 4 houses and I had to turn around and could only jog past two more and then walked the last two. I just hope I can make it 20 minutes. Anybody have any input on the program? I would love to hear about it.
