Well, these last few days have been interesting. Being sick really threw me off. I ate a ton of candy, didn't have a consistent food schedule, did not drink a lot of water (or anything for that matter), and I basically just ate whatever was available and didn't jot it down. I am going to have to get myself on track and get re-motivated.
