its been tough fighting medical issues and food allergies
371.2 lb Lost so far: 35.8 lb.    Still to go: 146.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear you! Not sure what you're dealing with, but I am on meds for high colesterol and blood pressure. In addityion to being hypoglycemic, so my wife always reminds me that I need to eat if I'm grumpy! Staying positive, keep using the forums for ideas from other members. I've found the input to be constructive and it tends to motivate me when I slip.

Hey Mempa....Where are you? It's not like you to skip out on documenting what you eat. I hope you are doing okay! If not, get well soon and come back. We miss you. I finally got my hubby to sign up. His screen name is Rolbul61. He used to be healthy but now has the health issues of an 80 year old. He is not even 50 yet! I am hoping if he loses weight his pain level will improve, as well as his diabetes, high cholesterol, liver issues and HBP...just to name a few. He used to be skinny, yes he was one of those skinny He-bitches. LOL Feel better and come back soon!
