I am so excited to be feeling so many changes. My pants are so loose I need to wear a belt. I have so much more energy. I am 2lbs. away from losing 10% of my weight and couldn't be happier. Go me!!!!!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
