This weekend was full of parties, alcohol, and bad food. So, considering the bad things I ate and drank, being up 1 lb isn't so bad. I was hoping to be at 149 by today, but I'm not quite there. This week I am going to be extremely good, and try to keep the weight coming off.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
