To keep myself accountable this week I am telling myself that I can't get a pedicure with my best friend if I slip up on my points this week. I REALLY need to be more careful if I want to see the scale and me go down! I soooo desperately want to get below 200 lbs. Seems like it's taking forever. I know it didn't come on that fast, so I'm focusing on doing things the right way and changing how I think about it. 10 more lbs until I hit to 200 mark, then onto another goal!
I've cheated 3 out of 7 days this week. I ate chocolate like it was going out of style. urrr, and of course felt horrible afterwards. When my husband's family comes I don't want them to know I'm on a diet. I plan on writing and tracking in my journal in my room where they won't even know I'm keeping track of every morsel of food. lol. I'm also going to fix healthy meals for them while they're here, they don't even have to know they are "diet" foods, they taste so good, they'll have no clue!
