Maybe its just because your muscle gain is on par with your fat loss? I think checking your body fat percentage might be a good idea? Well done on your exercise though, its really impressive! :)

I agree with everyone else hun. You might be losing inches but not on the scales. Or you may Not be getting enough calories. How accurate is your food diary? Because the protein level seems very low, maybe think about upping to 90g, especially when exercising. They advice to take at least 30g of protein within 30 mins after exercising.

You won't lose if you don't eat enough, your body will go into starvation mode and hang on to fat, strange but true.

For weight loss you are better going for a brisk walk over running as running raises the heart rate too high so it's a cardio workout rather than a fat burning one. You are definitely not eating enough though x

.... No, running is fine...... The higher the heartrate, the more fat is burnt, generally. Try mixing it up with some interval sprints. Also, don't expect to lose weight by not eating, it does not work like that. Your body needs food to support metabolism. Just ensure it is good food, eaten regularly in small meals - I recommend 6 small meals a day.
