Yeah! My slight weight-gain last week is all but a memory. I was not happy to see what I call the "red arrow" of doom. I knew a weight-gain would happen and even though I was not happy, it was less than a pound. I did not let this gain depress me, like it usually does. I did not let it put me in that state-of-mind to say the heck with it and binge. I still struggle making healthy food choices but I am getting better. Sometimes I do lose my mind and slip...big time...but I write it in my food diary because I want to be as honest with myself as possible...even if it hurts sometimes.
150.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
