The past few days I haven't eaten very well, but I am still eating much less than I had been, even if it isn't the greatest food. Back to eating well and eating fresh fruits and veggies. I think the main thing that derailed me was that the fruits I had bought didn't taste good, so I was eating other stuff that was laying around in the house.
283.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 123.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
