You'd think I'd feel ecstatic but there is still work to be done. Somebody tell me how to wash away back fat, please. Besides cardio workouts and a healthy diet, am I just impatient, is it there for life? Don't tell me to do weight lifting. I've had tendonitis in my left elbow for three months now and it's not getting better because not a day goes by that I don't need elbow grease.

Focus your eating on fat loss and not weight loss. Fat loss and weight loss aren't always the same thing. Do some googling. Plenty of protein and fiber foods help reduce body fat. Yes, strength training helps, but if you can't, find other ways. Swimming might help like ShootingStar suggested.

Thanks for your input. I've been focusing on fat loss for the past few weeks, like you mentioned, and that has meant high carb, high fiber, low fat for me as a strictly plant-based high raw food eater. It's definitely taking off the fat now, but I was seeking reassurance from someone experienced with back fat weightloss. I wanted to be sure that it WILL come off. lol
