I haven't been on for a couple of days. I got a little depressed, dehydrated, and constipated. I went a couple of days waiting too long in between meals to eat and I was so tired this weekend and overwhelmed by schoolwork and the need for social interaction.
I gained two of the pounds back that I lost last week, probably more but I didn't want to weigh myself until this morning. I'm not going to log my 188 unless its still there Friday morning.
Friday is my birthday...I will be off my eating plan that night eating sushi and drinking alcohol. There maybe cake!
