Gained a pound...I'd be lying if I say that I'm not discouraged. Weight is and always will be a battle. I just have to work harder at winning...period.

Don't be discouraged. Look at others charts, we go up and down. Women have water gain issues every month. 1 pound is not huge and next week you will be down 2-3. Hang in there and don't let this discourage you. You will WIN!!!!
