225.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1552 kcal Fat: 54.50g | Prot: 69.50g | Carb: 209.44g.   Breakfast: Dannon Light & Fit Greek - Blueberry, Cascadian Farn Cascadian Farm Organic, Tropicana 100% Pure Orange Juice with Calcium & Vitamin D. Lunch: Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Strawberries, Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 15 Grain Bread, Sargento Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese, Hillshire Farm Smoked Turkey Breast. Dinner: Scrambled Egg, Land O Lakes Butter with Olive Oil, Pillsbury Freezer to Oven Grands!
