Grrrrrrrr.... frustrating! Seem to be going up, yet I have followed diet 100%! No more than 12 syns a day with most days only having 5-7! Would like the scales to show my efforts. Aware that I've upped the exercise so that could be a small explanation, yet I haven't increased it that much. Oh well.... lets see in a week.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hello, had a peep at your food diary and noticec you are not recording your food. Try this for a week and see how your weight goes. Happy losing :-)
