Sometimes I wonder what in the world I'm doing to myself and is all this effort actually worth doing... then I look at my 2 yr old and think it is soooo worth all the effort, I need to be healthy and able to look out for her for a long time and although the big kids may cope if I can't help them later, she probably won't and that's just not fair! I need to fix me. :)
