My average weight this week went down half a pound. Not a big change, but at least a little drift in the right direction. I did well a few days and not so well a few days. I got a bad cold, so I really struggled to even get to work let alone work out, so I did not get to the gym. New week coming!

I posted a different entry tonight about attending a special event with my youngest daughter. Here is a photo she took of me as we were headed out to the car afterward. I borrowed a dress from my oldest daughter, which was fun! The other picture is of me three years ago. Fitness and lost weight makes such a difference in how I feel and how I feel about myself!

150.5 lb Lost so far: 40.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
