Boy have I been sick. I went to the hospital 2 days ago, I had the worst pain on my left side. I thought it was gas, but it turns out I have diverticulosis and it had flared up to diverticulitis. Most horrible pain I've ever had, I had to be put on an IV, and get a pain med shot, a CT scan. I am now on a bland diet, once this all settles down, I will be back on plan, and also increasing my fiber, water, and exercise, as all of those things can prevent further flare ups.
