So I'm down about 2 lbs. A bit surprising really, I haven't been eating all that well, but better than I had been earlier this month, and I've only been going to the gym about once a week (down from my normal 3 times/week).

So I guess that now that I'm down below 150 that the number of my allowed points, I think, have also dropped from 22 to 20. I guess I'll have to double check on that!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
