Look at my weight! LOOK AT MY WEIGHT!!! I'm officially off the 188-190 plateau!!!!!!! 10 lbs down!!!!
Yesterday I was suffering a little logginess because I had done zumba & weightlifting and didn't eat enough calories on Monday. So I was trying to get my calories in but I didn't want to overeat. I got on the scale last night just to make sure I hadn't done too much damage during the day, and guess what, it showed 187.2 (my starting weight that morning). Um...Wow?!
This morning the scale ready 186.2 first, then 186.0, then 185.8. In no particular order I kept getting the same three numbers so I took the middle one as my weight for today. A full pound from Monday.
So I think this means I have finally gained enough muscle to burn fat faster than it is replacing it! NICE!!!
